ISC Group Security Advisor, Robert (Bob) Noble MBE, has over 35 years experience in all aspects of security, serving in many countries both in the British Army and in industrial and diplomatic security roles and has received awards from various governments, for his assistance and contributions to their diverse security requirements. In addition to technical and physical security expertise, he has also provided training to international police, military and Special Forces. Bob played a pivotal role in emergency situations and evacuations in Guinea, Angola, Somalia, Liberia and Sierra Leone. He wrote the "Emergency Response & Evacuation Plan" for a major US IT company operating globally, which was adopted internationally by the client. He has also provided consultancy and advice on security matters, to major international companies such as; Dow Chemical Company, Microsoft Corporation, General Motors and Cisco Systems. ISC's Guard Operations Manager is highly experienced in industrial and diplomatic security whilst our Systems Manager & installation staff, are all qualified factory trained technicians. The guard force consists of trained bilingual guards from Kenya, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia and Uganda and we also have selected Arabic speaking former soldiers from Nepal who have been retrained in industrial security skills.
