The Administrative team formulates these standards and policies clearly and understandably for workers at all levels. They also stress the importance of adhering to the principles stated in the HSSE Management System at all projects' sites.

Moreover, Al Nasr Construction Dynamics’ management hires a team of highly-qualified HSSE officials to provide safety instructions for employees. This takes place before assigning employees to their positions to ensure they’re supplied with all the information and skills needed. Also, this specialized team provides advanced training programs, such as first aid training, fire drills, emergency response training, and others.

Certainly, ANCD is concerned with conducting these programs periodically to provide its employees with the latest information. And to them, compliance is considered a duty of every employee within the facility. With these great efforts and professional management, ANCD obtained ISO 14001:2015 certificate for its Environmental Management Systems. And it was awarded OHSAS 18001:2007 for an integrated series of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems for the entire range of services.
