Ibrahim Jassim Al-Othman, CEO of United Development Company, has announced that the contract for the construction of green buildings and areas on Jiyuan Island has been awarded to the China Real Way 18 Peru Group Company. Whereas, the implementation of infrastructure on the island is contracted to the Navayoka Engineering Company. It is worth mentioning that UDC's investments in these contracts are approximately 1.5 billion riyals, and project work is expected to be completed in 2022.
