Alfardan Properties has announced the renewal of ISO 9001:2015 certification of its Quality Management System (QMS) following a successful audit by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.

The recertification affirmed its commitment to developing luxurious properties that provide quality leasing and property management services.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that focuses on several quality management principles, including a risk-based process approach towards aligning the quality of products and services with its business strategy, a strong focus on continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Commenting on successfully renewing the certification, Mohamed Sleiman, Chief Operating Officer of Alfardan Properties, said: "We are extremely pleased with the renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 certification, which stands as a testament to quality excellence and innovation and is at the core of our operations."
