Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 489 Million in One Week
Real Estate Transactions in Qatar Reach Over QAR 442 Million in Early May
The total value of real estate transactions recorded by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar reached QAR 442,094,355 during the period from May 4 to 8, 2025.
According to the weekly bulletin, the total value of sales contracts for residential units alone during the same period amounted to approximately QAR 47,723,196.
The report highlighted that the traded properties included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, a residential compound, apartments, commercial shops, a hotel, and residential units.
Most of the sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal, in addition to key areas like The Pearl Island, Ghar Thailab, Lusail 69, and Al Qutaifiya.
It is worth noting that the total value of real estate transactions in the previous period—from April 27 to May 1, 2025—exceeded QAR 1.072 billion, indicating continued activity and interest in the Qatari property market.
