Real estate transactions exceed QAR 441 million in one week.

The volume of real estate transactions recorded in sale contracts at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from April 13 to 17, 2025, reached QAR 401,393,768, according to the department's weekly bulletin.

The total value of residential unit sales contracts during the same period amounted to QAR 40,020,653, reflecting continued activity in the residential real estate market.

The properties traded included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, mixed-use commercial and residential buildings, and residential units.

Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, in addition to key areas such as Lusail (Zone 69), The Pearl Island, Ghar Thaileb, Umm Al Amad, Dafna (Zone 60), and Legtaifiya.
