Real Estate Transactions in Qatar Exceed QAR 475 Million in a Week
Qatar Records Real Estate Transactions Worth QAR 475.78 Million
Qatar recorded real estate transactions, including residential units, amounting to approximately QAR 475.78 million during the period from February 23to 27, 2025.
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, the total real estate trading volume during this period reached around QAR 385.43 million.
The ministry highlighted that Al Daayen Municipality executed the highest-value real estate transaction, amounting to QAR 140 million, while Al Shamal Municipality recorded the lowest transactions at just QAR 6 million.
Doha Municipality recorded the highest number of transactions, with around 31 deals, whereas Al Shamal registered only six transactions during the week.
Regarding residential unit transactions, the total value amounted to approximately QAR 90.36 million during the same period.
For comparison, real estate transactions, including residential units, in Qatar during the period from February 9 to 13, 2025, were recorded at approximately QAR 309.44 million
