The Real Estate Price Index in Qatar increased on a monthly basis in December but declined by approximately 2.54% on an annual basis in 2024.

According to the real estate survey data released by the Qatar Central Bank yesterday, the index recorded 220.05 points at the end of December, compared to 225.78 points in the same month of 2023. On a monthly basis, the index rose by about 1.07% compared to its level in November 2024, which stood at 217.75 points.

It is worth noting that the Qatar Central Bank initially established the Real Estate Price Index based on data issued by the Ministry of Justice.
